From INZ: “We’d like to provide a reminder that Relationship Manager roles for the immigration professionals sector no longer exist, so Customer Service Centre (CSC) staff will not be able to provide those details to callers. However, the CSC will be able to help you with your request in general, and will refer you on to the relevant branch if they are unable to answer your query.”
